Following the carrying out of the Quinquennial inspection on this Church we were approached by the PCC to develop a scheme for re- ordering the Church. To achieve this, we created a three-phase plan to deliver a wholesale refurbishment of the interior of the building to complement the small servery and disabled toilet provision constructed some years previously.
These works included; the removal of some pews to create flexible worship and use spaces, the introduction of a state of the art audio visual system and lighting scheme, repair and redecoration of all of the internal painted surfaces using mineral based paint and specialist conservators, the creation of a raised performance dais area to the front of the Church and a sympathetic re-ordering of the main sanctuary.
