St. Laurence Tower, Kings Newnham, Rugby

Described as a Grade II listed church tower in the client’s garden we have been tasked with putting together a scope of repairs and maintenance for this building which includes accurate laser measuring combined with 3D point cloud data modelling and a drone survey.  We have then used this data to design a solution to bring this tower into use as a lettable residence for the client to run as a small business.
