New Building House for Private Client, Rearsby, Leicestershire

Following the procurement of land with a large 1970’s unaltered bungalow we have worked closely with the client to design a vernacular large 5 bedroom house on this plot which incorporates a rear balcony and garden room. There is a wood burner facing out across the open countryside and to the front a welcoming courtyard and garage arrangement.
