A Grade II listed farmhouse and small holding, we have worked with this client for many years. Initially, to bring the thatched farmhouse into the 20th century and make it suitable for modern day living in a sympathetic manner to the building’s charm and character. Following this we have worked on the various outbuildings where we were tasked with converting the main barn into an additional dwelling for the extended family and creating a farm office so that the family can bring this neglected small holding back into use as part of this rural community.
